A primary school in Zhoukou, Henan province has adopted an unconventional reward system: pork in exchange for perfect scores. Since instituting the meat incentive, the school has raced ahead of its counterparts in terms of scores, with five students reportedly earning perfect scores on two final exams, and 12 more scoring 100 percent on one.

河南周口一所小學采取了一種非常規(guī)的獎勵制度：考試得百分獎勵豬肉。自從實行這一豬肉獎勵制度以來，該校在學生成績方面已經走在了其他學校的前面，報道稱有5名學生考試得了雙百分，12名學生單科100分。

Presenting the meat to students’ families one by one, the teachers encouraged their students to keep working hard. Upon receiving the gift, one student’s parents, who had just arrived home from the town where they work, were glad that the school had saved them money on meat for Spring Festival.

學生家庭們一個接一個的被頒發(fā)了豬肉，老師也鼓勵學生們繼續(xù)努力學習。在收到這一獎品之后，一名學生剛從鎮(zhèn)里工作回來的父母表示稱，他們很高興學校替他們省了過年割肉的錢。
